"Yesterday evening, Oct. 10, a fiber cut by a third-party provider happened on the Great Plains Communications network which has caused interruption of services in Atkinson, Kearney, Minden, Lexington and Elwood, Nebraska. Crews were dispatched immediately, worked through the night and continue to work to restore services. At this time, we do not have a firm estimated time of full-service restoration to share. We apologize for this inconvenience to our customers, and assure you we will continue to work the issue as quickly as possible to get services restored. Thank you for your patience."
