Lansing Elementary School Educators Selected for Greenbush's Teacher-Leader Cadre to Enhance Leadership and Instructional Skills
Lansing USD469 is excited to share that two of our Lansing Elementary School educators, Shalee Eilderts and Sheldi Banker, have been nominated and selected to participate in Greenbush's Teacher-Leader Cadre during the 2022-2023 school year. This program is designed to provide support and encouragement to exceptional teachers who demonstrate strong leadership skills, instructional practices, and professional relationships. As a result of this program, our teachers will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with other highly motivated educators to take their teaching skills to the next level.
Greenbush's Teacher-Leader Cadre program is helping enrich our teachers by allowing them to develop their leadership abilities, strengthen their instructional practices, and build professional relationships with other like-minded educators. This kind of training is crucial in helping our teachers continue to grow and excel in their roles, ultimately benefiting our students and our district. We are proud to have educators like Shalee Eilderts and Sheldi Banker in our district who are committed to continuous learning and improvement. We are confident their participation in this program will benefit them and our students! Thank you to Principal Dr. Jennifer Kolb for nominating them and supporting our teachers' growth for the betterment of our students!
