USD 506 Receives $20,000 Cash for Classrooms Grant from Casey’s for Technology Needs

Launch the media gallery 1 playerALTAMONT, KS, - USD 506 has been named as one of the recipients of the 2023 Casey’s Cash for Classrooms grant. The award-winning program provides funds to schools nationwide to support classroom technology upgrades and innovative teaching practices.
USD 506 Director of Technology, Jake Knaup, expressed great pride in receiving the $20,000 grant. He stated, “We are thrilled to receive this generous grant from Casey’s. The funds will enable us to purchase more Smartboards and other technological tools that will greatly benefit our teachers and students.
