Bartlett Grade School Announces New Half-Day Preschool Program Starting in 2023-24

Launch the media gallery 1 playerBARTLETT, KAN, April 17, 2023— Bartlett Grade School, part of the USD 506 school system, is proud to announce that it will be launching a new half-day preschool program for the 2023-24 school year. This program will be aimed at providing a positive and immersive educational experience for three and four-year-olds.
With a ½ day morning class, the program will be geared towards accommodating busy schedules while providing hands-on instruction catered to the unique needs of preschoolers. Children must be 3 years old by September 1 of the current school year to be eligible for enrollment.
Combining both ages into one classroom offers a unique environment that encourages growth and development within each child. Bartlett Grade School offers multiple outdoor learning environment options to students which allow students to learn through outdoor exploration and discovery.
"Our new preschool program is an exciting addition to our offerings for young students," said Principal Spence Allison. "We understand the importance of giving children a positive and engaging educational experience from an early age. By providing a unique immersive learning environment, we hope to give them the foundation they need for lifelong learning."
The program will follow the USD 506 school calendar, running from August to May.
