Lansing USD469 Celebrates National Administrative Assistants Day
On Wednesday, April 26th, Lansing USD469 celebrated National Administrative Assistants Day by showing appreciation to our secretaries, registrars, and other office support staff. This day is observed annually on the Wednesday of the last full week in April. It was developed in 1942 to recognize administrative personnel's contributions to the economy, support their development, and attract workers to the field.
Administrative assistants are essential to any organization, and their hard work and dedication often go unnoticed. They perform various tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and supporting the entire team. Without them, our schools and district offices would not function as smoothly.
To show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, Lansing USD469 recognized and thanked our administrative assistants for all that they do. We understand that their contributions are critical to the success of our district, and we are grateful for their tireless efforts.
We encourage everyone to take a moment to thank the administrative assistants in your life, whether at work, school, or elsewhere.
Thank you, administrative assistants, for all that you do!
