Construction Notice - Asphalt Street Preservation - GINGER COVE
PAVE LLC is set to begin an asphalt preservation project on Monday, September 11, 2023 in the Ginger Cove Subdivision. There may be periods where travel will be temporarily restricted. Click on the link below for more details.
MPORTANT:
1. Sprinklers that spray on to City streets in Ginger Cove need to be turned of by Sunday afternoon, September 10th. The contractor cannot apply their product to wet surfaces.
2. If you drive through an area that has the product recently applied, do not drive onto your driveway. The only way to get it off your driveway is to grind it off and neither the contractor nor the City will be responsible for that task.
The contractor will be onsite to answer any questions and will be marking prohibited areas with cones and caution tape. Under ideal conditions it can take up to 5 hours for the product to dry completely on the surface of the road.
